  1. There will be no sale of any item referring to Uncle Billy’s Day (including T-shirt).
    PLEASE NOTE: The Committee (Altavista Fire Co.) reserves the right to have a craft vendor remove any product that is considered to be improper or inappropriate.

  2. Tables, chairs and power are not provided. Also, there is no shaded area so it is recommended that you bring a tent or large umbrella.

  3. The Committee (Altavista Fire Co.) cannot be responsible for damage or injury. You may leave your items overnight if you choose to do so, but the committee is not responsible for damage or theft.

  4. Operating hours will be: Friday, June 6: 12:00 noon
    Saturday, June 7: 7:00 am
    Sunday, June 8:. 12:00 noon
    Space cost: $75.00, by May 1, 2008
    $100.00 after May 1, 2008

  5. Space size in 20”x 12”, No numbers are assigned for the spaces. (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE)

  6. One vehicle (with the exception motor homes) may be parked directly behind your space, weather permitting.

  7. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE SHOW.

  8. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK !!!!!!!
