Volunteer!
Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend to help
make our event a success. We ask for you to work two hours only. Of
course, if you are available for additional time, please let us know.
Help is needed in T-shirt sales, concession stands, food court and, in
general, set-up.
If you would like to become involved, please call 610-1481, and give us
your name and phone number. One of our committee members will contact
you and schedule a time that is available.
Thank you. During the weekend, entertainment can be found on
stages throughout the English Park. The entertainment is a variety
of music, dance, magic, juggling, clowns, puppets that feature top
quality children’s shows, and top local, regional and national stage
acts, playing different types of music, all of which are offered for a
one time donation of $5.00 to the Altavista Volunteer Fire Company.
Our Festival is held at the English Park in
Altavista, Virginia - a great park for family gatherings!
